Ivan F. Pérez is a partner of the firm and was raised in Weslaco, Texas. Ivan attended St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in El Paso, Texas and received his B.A. from the University of Texas-Pan American. Ivan received his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's School of Law in 2000. Ivan resides in Weslaco with his wife, Hilda and their four children.
Ivan is a member of the School Law and the Labor and Employment Law sections of the State Bar of Texas, the Hidalgo County Bar Association, and the Texas Council of School Attorneys. He served as a municipal court judge and a trustee to the Weslaco ISD school board for two terms. Ivan has served as a volunteer with the Weslaco Little League, Weslaco Baseball Softball League, and the Weslaco Lion's Club. Additionally, Ivan is a member of San Martin Catholic Church. His areas of practice are Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, Public Entity Law and Employment Law.
